Social networks - which day to choose to post?

Publishing at the right time on social networks will allow you to optimize the visibility of your publications. Please note, the platform used and the desired goal are all determining criteria. The tips below will help you determine your social media publishing strategy.

Facebook: 74% of Internet users in France use Facebook

Audience peaks :

  • Wednesday, between 3 p.m. and 4 p.m.

  • Thursday and Friday, between 1 p.m. and 4 p.m.

  • Weekends, between 12 p.m. and 1 p.m.

Note that the undi and Tuesday are the days with the least attendance. So prioritize your publications at the end of the week.

Instagram: 35% of internet users in France use Instagram

Audience peaks :

  • Instagram registers a very steady rate of frequentation.

  • The publications can therefore be distributed evenly during the week, except between 3 p.m. and 4 p.m.

Twitter: 28% of Internet users in France use Twitter

Audience peaks :

  • Mainly Monday to Friday 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. with a peak at 1 p.m.

  • On weekends, attendance drops significantly (especially after 3 p.m.).

LinkedIn: 19% of Internet users in France use Linkedin

Audience peaks :

  • Tuesday to Thursday, between 7:30 a.m. and 8:30 a.m. and around 5 p.m.

  • During the lunch break on weekdays (12 p.m. to 2 p.m.).
